I just can say enough about Lorraine and Gina - too wonderful people. I love my headscarfs and hats and accessories...I must admit confidence is the correct word because the first time I ventured out of the house hairless and headscarfed I didn't think I could do it....but when my hubby said how lovely and stylish I looked I took a deep breath and headed out. Just bought a buff headband,so comfortable normally scarfs/bands irritate my head after a few mins but I have forgotten I am wearing this one. What brilliant service!! I ordered the hats on Friday and they have been delivered this morning..Monday. The care and attention to detail with regards to the beautiful hats and even the packaging..the hats being hand wrapped in tissue paper..would be hard to be beaten!! Received my beautiful Ruby raine headscarf and hairband. Starting chemotherapy on Friday so had my waist length hair - which was my pride and joy - all taken off tonight. I have put on headscarf and hairband and it looks beautiful. I really think it would have been much harder had I not had some beautiful headwear to put on. Thank you for dispatching the order so quickly. My mum is starting chemo this Thursday. She says she is not bothered about losing her hair but her hair has always been her thing. Some women like to wear makeup and wouldn’t be seen without it, whereas, my mum has never had a bad hair day for as long as I can remember. I was so happy when I found your website. Your products are fantastic quality and great value. I have struggled to find good retailers and stockists of the wide headbands and they're just perfect for me at the moment - I've had alopecia for 20 odd years and now have some hair back, except for around the hairline - so the bands work really well and are so comfortable. Thank you!! My sister bought me a bandana and rosette and it is absolutely gorgeous. Thank goodness you have come up with the idea of pretty/feminine bandanas! There are so may awful ones out there. Very happy with our order. Prompt delivery & the quality of the garments is great! Gave my mum a lovely surprise when she opened the parcel. It makes such a difference when you have confidence in a product when you are feeling a little more vulnerable through chemo. If I had one very minor niggle - to put in a leaflet in the delivery parcel on how to style the products instead of having to look on your website would be perfection! Mum opened her products in hospital so I had to try & show her what I'd remembered. Fab site though!

Like others I stumbled across the website when looking for something wearable, value for money, original and stylish for when I lose my hair due to radiotherapy. I ordered 3 hats in 2 styles, and whilst one style is spot on I felt the other was not 'me'. No problem with R&R, a quick email and I was sent a returns note and I've now ordered 2 more hats in the preferred style. I was really relieved to receive the 2 Origin Headscarves I ordered in Black and Olive last Saturday as my hair had begun to fall out with a vengeance. I am currently in my 2nd cycle of chemo. I decided to keep all my options open and have 3 wigs, 2 headscarves ans 2 hats from your collection. I have a Rilo and Gilo and i love them both and am going to definitely order some darker colours in preparation for the colder months. They are just so useful for days not feeling so well and for days when the postman knocks and a quick head fix is required!! I've just placed my third order as there is nothing else out there available of this quality and innovative style. I've really done my research so I should know. I'm currently undergoing chemotherapy and live in Northern Spain so have chosen not to wear a wig as it will be too hot for me in the heat. Also, as everyone knows anyway, I decided that wig would appear like I was trying to hide something which seemed a bit pointless. What I have done, however, is bought a little Velcro 'stick on' fringe and sometimes just attach it on to my R&R hat or scarf. It seems to remain in place and just gives me a different, softer look. I am certainly not a Sinead O'Conner or Dawn Porter look alike so don't feel brave enough to go the 'Full Monty' head wise! Whilst my friends & family are aware I don't want to be viewed as a victim, frighten little children or necessarily share my situation with people I don't know as hair loss is so obvious! I love the way everything is designed to cover those 'giveaway' areas like the sides of the head above the ears and the back of the neck, Lorraine was also kind enough to email me back with advice on the coolest (as in heat!) head wear in the range which would be the most comfortable. I feel the prices are reasonable for the work that has gone into them. My orders have been dispatched correctly, quickly and efficiently although only to relatives in the UK who send or bring them out to me as there are no international deliveries available just yet - something to think about, R&R? I seem to get a second look and turn heads at the hospital as no one else is sporting such lovely head coverings. I've had comments that my head scarves look a little Egyptian and I've played around with different looks but the one product I wear the most is my soft hat, it's as essential as my reading glasses and my new best friend! Comfortable, quick & easy to put on in any event! I've become so attached to my head wear & got used to wearing it that I can see myself using it when my hair returns - especially on those bad hair days!
