Fabric Information

When receiving your product it might be a little creased from being in the post. You can give it a good steam to get the creases out.

Cotton Jersey - 100% Cotton, super soft handle. Vibrant colours. This fabric is a lightweight, smooth, knit fabric that drapes wonderfully, is crease-resistant, has a sumptuous hand, and wears and washes very well. This fabric is thick, luxurious, and tantalisingly soft.

Cotton Care: Can be machine wash on 30 0r 40 degrees cycle. Do not Tumble Dry. Dry out of direct sunlight.

Silk is a unique fibre combining the qualities of toughness, elasticity, resilience, warmth and coolness as well as an affinity to dye. Silk shows a richness and variety of colour and texture, which cannot be reproduced in other fabrics.

Silk Garment Care:

Hand-wash your garment using a mild soap and cool or warm water.
Handle items gently. Don't wring or twist the item because silk is weaker when wet.
After thorough rinsing, roll the item in a clean bath towel to remove excess moisture.
Air-dry the garment away from sunlight until damp dry.
Dry iron on a silk setting if required.

Silk Pillowcase Care:

Machine washable on 30 degrees silk wash, by hand or buy dry clean.

The care you give your garments will repay you in prolonged garment life.

We offer gift vouchers. But we would recommend that you chose a headscarf or hat. This is only because women are normally eager to wear the headscarf or hat to cover their hair loss. All hats are returnable for exchange.

How to purchase a voucher:

Select the purchase button on the gift voucher page this will automatically take you to the paypal website. R&R Confidence will mail you a R&R Gift Voucher once we have had verification of purchase.

When you are on the paypal gift voucher page, you will decide whether you would like to email the recipient the paypal gift voucher or whether you would like to give them the R&R gift voucher which we will mail to you.

If you are going to use the R&R gift voucher please take note of the redemption code that paypal provide you, as you will need to input this code onto the R&R gift voucher, to redeem against any product on the R&R Website.

How to redeem your gift voucher:

Visit http://randrconfidence.co.uk. Shop and find an item you want to purchase.

Select PayPal as your payment option. Log in to your account You must have or register for a PayPal account to redeem this gift voucher. When prompted, enter your gift voucher redemption code and follow the last steps to redeem your Gift Voucher.

Important Paypal Terms:

Printed Merchant Gift Vouchers are transferable if they do not include a recipient email address. For security and verification purposes, you may be required to verify your identity using a credit card.

Multiple gift vouchers can be redeemed on a single purchase if they are in the same currency. Unused balances may be applied to other purchases.

Gift Wrapping

If you are purchasing a product for someone else we can offer a gift wrap service. Your Items will be wrapped in a ivory coloured gift box, inside the gift box the gift items are wrapped with tissue paper and tied with a bow. If you select our Gift Wrapping Service we will treat the whole purchase as the gift. This will be done at a cost of £3.95.

This is a basic guide. Measure your head from the bottom back neck, over your ears

and around to your forehead.

If your head measure from 54 cm to 57 cm this will fit our Small / Medium

If your head measure from 57 cm to 63 cm this will fit our Medium / Large

If you need another size please contact us as we can offer a bespoke service.

Our Story - R&R Confidence was created through sheer passion and personal experience. We wanted to create a range of fashionable, stylish and well fitted head scarves and headwear soft hats for women experiencing hair loss. Chemotherapy cancer treatments, hormone imbalance and alopecia are the most common causes of hair loss. Following her own personal hair loss experience, Lorraine teamed up with Gina, an experienced fashion designer and so R&R was born. Together we researched and designed a range of fashionable and chic headscarves and headwear soft hats for all women that are experiencing hair loss. As hair starts to grow again, the head scarves and headwear soft hats will be comfortable and stylish to wear. Enjoy the versatility and style of our stunning range of headwear soft hats and headscarves specifically designed with you in mind.

Returns

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to exchange for either an alternative item or receive a refund less the cost of shipping and gift boxes. Goods need to be returned within 14 days from receipt. Please email sales@randrconfidence.co.uk with the details of what you would like to return or exchange. We will then send (email or post) you a returns note which you need to include with the items you are returning.

Please ensure that returned goods are in perfect condition as we cannot accept products back which have been used. They need to be returned in their original polythene bag. Items contaminated with perfume, makeup or cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.

We will not be held responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. We advise that you request proof of postage at your post office as claims can not be processed without this. Buyers are responsible for any returns postage cost.

Should you select a more expensive item for the exchange, please include a cheque for the difference.

Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you. Depending on your chosen for of payment funds should reach you within 5 to 15 working days.

Designs

We have taken time in creating our wonderful range of headscarves and soft hats. So to protect our designs we have registered all our hats and headscarves with the Intellectual Property Office.

Delivery

All orders are dispatched out in 24 hours of being received, providing the items are in stock, not including weekends and holidays. They are usually received between 3 to 6 business days. The charge for postage is as follows:

£2.45 for orders up to £149.99 orders will go out by First Class Royal Mail post. No delivery charge will apply for orders above £150.00 and they will be send out using Royal Mails recorded delivery service.

The above does not apply for any bulk orders. Delivery charges for bulk will be discussed upon order.
